Returns and exchanges

Returns will have a cost of 7,00 €, and will take a maximum of 20 days from receipt of the garment. Custom-made or hand-painted garments cannot be returned.

Terms and conditions for product and/or size changes and returns

 

 

Unë Concept cannot accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged garments (as long as it is not a defect of quality or manufacture). For hygienic reasons, sealed products such as underwear, masks and toiletries without the label or protective device cannot be returned. Personalised garments and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refunds

Upon receipt of the product(s), Unë Concept will verify their condition and, if an exchange has been requested, will proceed to send the required size or, if a refund has been requested, will proceed to refund the amount in the same method of payment used for the purchase. Once the condition of the returned products has been verified, the customer will be informed by e-mail. The refund will be made within fourteen (14) calendar days after Unë Concept has been informed of the decision to withdraw. However, Carmen Says may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the customer has provided proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.
